A polished commercial overview of The Executive Incubator and the Entrepreneur Ecosystem's capital, coaching, and community model.
Modeled after the best executive roundtables: practical, private, focused on live business issues, and designed to turn discussion into decisions.
Owners can talk plainly about cash flow, people, growth, contracts, capital, and risk with peers who understand the pressure.
Each session gives leaders space to pressure-test current challenges and receive practical, experience-based input.
Subject matter experts are brought in around the cohort's needs: capital, finance, procurement, operations, leadership, and growth.
Every meeting closes with commitments, next actions, and follow-up so insight becomes movement between sessions.
The Executive Incubator uses all three Entrepreneur Ecosystem pillars: Capital, Coaching, and Community.
Clarify business stage, constraints, growth goals, financial readiness, leadership gaps, and the outcomes the owner wants from the cohort.
Two-hour facilitated sessions combine live issue processing, peer feedback, guest expertise, and action commitments.
Participants develop a clearer capital story, operating priorities, KPIs, and execution plan for the next stage of the business.
The cohort closes with a refined growth plan and a path into the broader Entrepreneur Ecosystem network for ongoing support.
The 2025 recap shows the room: founders pitch, judges score, and the local business community supports the cohort.

From an 18-month pilot to a refined 12-month model: the Leap 2 Launch Entrepreneur Development Program has completed two cohorts and set a clear trajectory.
The 18-Month Pilot That Proved the Model
The 2023 to 2024 class was the first Leap 2 Launch cohort. It used an 18-month pilot format. Ten entrepreneurs worked to build, validate, and strengthen their businesses through the Capital, Coaching, and Community framework.
The pilot informed the 12-month curriculum used in later cohorts. The participants and their businesses shaped the program.
Months 1 to 4 · Foundation
Business model clarity, market analysis, value proposition, and initial financial baseline. Goals set for the full program.
Months 5 to 9 · Operations & Finance
Financial management, bookkeeping, cash flow, 12-month projections, and capital readiness work begins.
Months 10 to 14 · Marketing & Growth
Brand development, customer acquisition strategy, and 1-3-10 year vision using the EOS Traction Organizer.
Months 15 to 18 · Capital & Graduation
Capital request development, funding conversations, and program graduation. Lessons from this phase informed the formal 30-point pitch rubric introduced in Cohort 2.
Inaugural cohort outcomes
Participant identities are shared only through approved program stories. This page focuses on the cohort-level results: 10 graduates, an 18-month pilot, and the operating lessons used to build the current 12-month model.
They Were the Test Case
The 18-month format generated the data needed to build the refined 12-month model that defines the program today.
