Privacy Policy
Who This Policy Covers
Entrepreneur Ecosystem operates this website and its member tools under the Entrepreneur Ecosystem public brand name. The formal legal entity name for the website operator is pending confirmation and is not stated here. AmPac Business Capital is a partner of Entrepreneur Ecosystem. AmPac may receive financing inquiries or documents only when you request an AmPac financing or related service, and an AmPac service may include an additional notice that applies to that service.
Information You Provide and We Receive
Depending on the features you use, we may collect contact and account information; business and organization details; answers entered into readiness tools; financing-request information; files submitted through Secure Documents; community profile content; messages, event registrations, and booking requests; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
We receive information directly from you when you complete a form, create an account, upload a file, make a request, or contact us. We also receive limited technical and activity information from your browser or device, Firebase and other service providers that operate the platform, and third-party services you choose to connect or open.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide the tools, member workspace, events, bookings, and resources you request
- Route support to the appropriate service provider and, only when you request an AmPac service, route financing or document-review requests to authorized AmPac team members
- Maintain accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and improve service reliability
- Send operational messages and communications you request or consent to receive
- Meet recordkeeping, legal, and regulatory obligations that apply to a requested service
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that host, secure, support, or process the platform. Authorized AmPac team members receive information only when you request an AmPac financing or related service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Third-party resource and event sites receive information only when you choose to visit or register with them, subject to their own policies.
California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, may provide California residents with rights when it applies to a business and the information involved. Subject to applicable law, those rights may include:
- The right to know the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information
- The right to access specific personal information
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information
- The right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- The right to opt out of sale or sharing covered by the law
- The right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising a covered privacy right
We do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft chat remain off until you accept optional services. You may later decline through the Privacy choices control.
To make an access, correction, deletion, or other privacy request, email info@ampac.com or call (909) 915-1706. Describe the request and the account or service involved. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity and authority. You do not need to create a new account to submit a request. An authorized agent may submit a request when applicable law permits it and adequate authorization is provided. Learn more from the California Attorney General and California Privacy Protection Agency.
Security
We use authentication, access controls, encrypted network connections, and service-provider security features designed to protect information. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Use Secure Documents, rather than ordinary email or community posts, when a workflow asks for sensitive files.
Retention
Retention periods vary by record type, service status, operational need, and legal or regulatory requirements. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, but the website does not currently publish a fixed deletion schedule for every record type. You may request account deletion by contacting info@ampac.com; exceptions may apply to records we are required or permitted to keep.
How Platform Data Moves
Accounts and Member Profiles
Sign-in and account records are handled through Firebase Authentication. Profile and workspace records may be stored in Firestore. Information you add to a member profile may be visible to authenticated members as indicated in the profile experience; operational and review records are restricted to authorized accounts.
Readiness and Loan Profile Tools
Readiness answers and loan-profile drafts may be stored in your browser and, when you sign in or submit a review request, in the platform's cloud database. A completed Loan Profile review request creates an operational record for authorized AmPac team members. Submitting a profile is a request for review, not a credit decision or commitment to lend.
Secure Documents
Files submitted through Secure Documents are stored in access-controlled Firebase Storage, with package and workflow metadata stored in Firestore. The submitting member and authorized platform staff can access those files; authorized AmPac team members may access them only to perform an AmPac review or service you request. Do not upload files through community posts or unrelated forms.
AI-Assisted Tools
AI interactions may be sent to contracted cloud or AI service providers acting as processors so the platform can generate a response. Some tools also keep conversation or usage state in browser storage. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account credentials, or other information that is not requested and necessary for the task.
Location and Resource Results
If you choose the near-me feature, your browser provides coordinates for the current search so the site can sort resources. The current Resource Finder does not include those coordinates in the resource-introduction record. You can decline or revoke location access through browser settings.
Terms of Use
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Entrepreneur Ecosystem platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Platform Use
Entrepreneur Ecosystem provides educational tools, service intake, community features, and access to business resources. Automated scores, AI-assisted responses, directory listings, and general content are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or individualized financial advice. They are not a loan application, loan approval, credit decision, pre-qualification, or commitment to lend.
- You must be at least 18 years old and operating or planning a legitimate business
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit
- You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass other members
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse platform APIs
Community Standards
The Community Hub is a professional space. Members agree not to post spam, promotional content unrelated to business development, discriminatory content, or any material that violates applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
The respective rights holders retain the content, branding, trademarks, and other materials they own; these Terms do not assign one party's materials to another. Member-generated content (including posts and comments) remains the property of the member, with a non-exclusive license to the platform operator and relevant service providers to display and process it within the platform.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and informational content are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@ampac.com.
Financing Disclosures
Equal Credit Opportunity
AmPac Business Capital is an Equal Opportunity Lender. We do not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, familial status, or any other basis protected by federal or state law.
SBA Program Information
AmPac Business Capital is an SBA Certified Development Company. SBA program eligibility, structure, fees, terms, and maximum amounts can change and depend on the applicant and use of proceeds. Review current information at SBA.gov and confirm the applicable program with an authorized AmPac team member.
No Guarantee of Approval
Loan readiness scores and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute pre-approval, pre-qualification, or a commitment to lend. A financing request is subject to the provider's application, verification, underwriting, and program requirements.
Advertising & Referral Compliance
Resource and Capital Navigator listings are provided for informational purposes. Inclusion does not guarantee eligibility, availability, endorsement, or any provider's terms. Confirm fees, requirements, and current availability directly with the listed provider.
Regulatory Authority
AmPac Business Capital is regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Complaints regarding AmPac's SBA lending activities may be directed to the SBA Office of Credit Risk Management.
Browser Storage and Authentication
The platform uses local storage and session storage for functional purposes such as drafts, tool progress, member preferences, routing context, and dismissed interface state. Firebase Authentication may use browser-managed persistence to keep you signed in. Clearing site data can sign you out and remove drafts that have not been submitted or synced.
Optional Google Analytics measurement and the Microsoft Copilot Studio chat are disabled by default. If you accept optional services, Google may receive device, browser, page, and interaction information to produce aggregate site-use reports, and Microsoft may receive information needed to provide chat. We configure analytics without advertising personalization signals. Declining optional services does not disable sign-in, drafts, form submission, or Secure Documents.
The current website implementation does not include third-party advertising pixels. External services you choose to open, including event registration, booking, and resource-provider sites, apply their own cookie and privacy practices.
Accessibility Statement
We want Entrepreneur Ecosystem tools and information to be usable by people with disabilities. We are working to improve keyboard operation, visible focus, text alternatives, readable contrast, form labels, and responsive layouts across the site. This statement does not claim that every legacy page or third-party service is fully conformant.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email info@ampac.com or call (909) 915-1706. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, and your preferred contact method.
